At Halcyon Mind+Body, we believe that everyone should have easy access to high-quality spa treatments. Our patient forms are designed to keep you in the know about what to expect during your visit and make the check-in process that much easier.
Our Policies
Before attending a yoga class or scheduling your spa treatment, it’s important to understand the policies we have set in place here at Halcyon. Take a closer look, and feel free to contact us or visit our FAQ page if you have any additional questions.
- Non-Discounted, Unused, and Unopened Products: For any full-priced, unused, and unopened skin care products, we will offer a full refund or exchange. The products must have been purchased within a 72-hour timeframe for the refund to be valid.
- Open Products: We will provide a full refund or exchange on opened products on a case-by-case basis. This includes situations where the product has caused an adverse skin reaction, is damaged, or is significantly different from the description on the label. Again, the products must have been purchased within a 72-hour timeframe for the refund to be valid.
- Non-Refundable Items: We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any used products. We consider a product “used” if the packaging is damaged or tampered with, even if unused.
For late arrivals beyond 15 minutes or no-shows, our spa reserves the right to charge you the service price in its entirety. It will then be your responsibility to reschedule your appointment.
For cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, we reserve the right to charge your payment method on file the full price of your service. This helps us compensate our therapists who have prepared for your appointment and may not have an unfilled timeslot.
If your cancellation falls within the 24-hour window, you may request to convert the full or partial-service price into a spa credit. This credit can be used toward any future service or spa package for up to one year. Please note that spa credits cannot be used toward retail purchases.
If you have lost your gift card, we may be able to replace it with proof of purchase. While there isn’t a guarantee, a small replacement fee will be applied due to processing costs for new-issued gift cards.
